NO FOOD PREPARATION OCCURRED DURING THIS INSPECTION.
ONE FREEZER, COOLER, AND ICE MACHINE ARE NOT WORKING AND ARE PLANNED TO BE REMOVED. FOOD IS BEING DELIVERED OVER THE NEXT WEEK. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE ALSO EMPLOYEES AT SPLASH VALLEY AQUATIC CENTER AND ICE VALLEY CENTRE AND HAVE COMPLETED FOOD HANDLER TRAINING AND COMPLETED 1B FORMS AT THESE LOCATIONS. POST YOUR 2023 KCHD FOOD LICENSE IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE. |
